I was helped by Susan. I have to say she treated me with great respect, Her customer service was excellent I am a customer service trainer and I would have her as one of my best students if she was in my training class. She treated me with kindness respect and understanding she didn't show no kind of discrimination at all and she was very efficient and very fast. She explained the process and she made it very easy and simple to understand and made it very easy for me not to have to go through a lot of red tape. I just got off the phone with her and she was very helpful as well I was in very bad distress when I went to her and I assured her that I would be coming in to pay my payment in full. Thank you cash cow for having such wonderful staff and such respectful staff. I would highly recommend this location on eastern

If I could Give them (-0) Stars I Definitely would. My and I Went There on a Saturday Cash Cow on Eastern, and The Doors were locked, stood at the Door for 15 Minutes Calling and even Knocking and when the lady finally came from the back she opened the door with Major attitude and proceeded to take a call on her personal phone in which we had to sit the for an additional 10-12 minutes listening to her complain about always being scheduled on Saturdays. On top of that she had the nerve to continue to be rude, and tell us they could give us a title loan for $1600 for our 2011 Kia Optima Hybrid with less then 60K mileage. I agree with the Gentleman 300% interest monthly is insane there Business License Should be Stripped and investigated

My first experience with this business, but so far so good. Only thing is funds are loaded on a netspend card, as well as lower approval amounts. Joanne is awesome and quck!!!

Definitely recommend to see Mary Ann here if you ever need a loan, it may not be the full amount you need but anything does help and I am very appreciative. ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE. Jocelyn from beginning to end help me get a great loan asap. When others said no,Cash Cow said yes. She made the process very easy and I was finished in no time.
