Customer service representative Leah has always made me feel comfortable and welcome when I come into the store she is knowledgeable and always has the answers she is polite and listens even when busy her balance between customer service and efficiency is excellent. Iwish all the employees were like Leah but they are not but I still give a five star because most of the time I go I deal with Leah. Thanks keep doing what your doing.

Very sweet and knowledgeable. Loved the interaction between us while she was working on my request. I didn't have my glasses with me, this day, so she also helped me read the form necessary to fill out lol you guys really need to make those boxes bigger LOL thank you!

This place is garbage. Brought a check here to cash and they told me they can't cash it because I already endorsed it. even though their own website tells you what to do before you bring down the check, which is to endorse it. So the reason for not cashing a check is because I followed instructions. after three attempts and 2 weeks later they tell me this. they could have just told me that the first time, so I didn't waste my time and I could have found someone else who can actually help me. Find someone else to help you because these people don't even know what their own website says.

Worst customer service i have ever got from someone. I came in on 8/28/22. Celeztina was the cashiers name. She had a really bad and ugly attitude. I am a sales associate and i know about customer service. The company should trained them better when it comes to serve the customer.

Leah is the greatest! Definitely handled multitasking really well. And was very patient

Leah was SO helpful with helping us get our payday loan! She answered all of our questions and was incredibly kind and sweet. If we are in need of assistance again we hope she is the one to help!

Let me just say Sarah and Sasha are beautiful ppl I just moved out here from Cali and I don’t have my Id yet I only have my passport and they help me get my money today they are beautiful in there and so friendly made me feel welcomed thank you Sarah and sasha
