Ms. Alicia is great! I'm new in town and she worked with me and helped me get a loan! The staff here is professional and courteous, especially with an impatient person such as myself, she is absolutely wonderful! I give this Dollar Loan Cent 5 stars!! I'll always come back! Thank you Ms. Alicia and Ms. Chantel for everything!!

They make you say out loud you full name, full social and birthday no matter how many strangers are in the lobby and standing near you. Ashley was absolutely obnoxious. She would give told us bare minimum information, and only after making multiple trips she would only divulge a little more. She asked for mail but then said it had to have a date and the after another thri said that the mail had to be within a month. I feel she should have been up front with that information. When we left she told us that she was going to keep our paycheck subs and application on file so we may return. We'll when we returned we were informed that it was in her shred bucket and they were about to shred it. I wouldn't recommend this place. So unprofessional and complicated. Don't be surprised if someone steals your information. If I could I would give negative stars.

Alicia is absolutely amazing. She is helpful takes time to make sure you understand everything. She answers all questions. Absolutely amazing and we need more like her. I feel people like her should get $1-$2/hr raise.

I was in between a rock and a hard place during the holiday season and they were very helpful making ends meet. Alicia was calm and overextended all her resources to getiing us extra cash during a critical moment. Highly Recommend

Terrible, takes days. Very inconsistent.. asking for to much information, had to send in everything they wanted plus more with a picture of my SSN, because they were acting like they didn’t trust me, Was questioned about my credit history that I’ve been working on as if I wasn’t worthy of their services. I was approved with Check City, no hassle for a $1400 loan, very sweet and caring people over there.. these ones were transferring me, hanging up in my face. Terrible experience. I do not recommend at all to anyone and advise go to Check City. Never heard of someone bring up a collection that’s being worked on asking me “what’s going on with that” be serious, invasive and weird. If your didn’t want to approve the application fine, but don’t belittle people.. Majority of your customers are trying to fix their credit, no one is coming with a score 700 and up to Dollar Loan Center. Save your time and go to Check City.

Told me I was approved a few times then disappeared a few day checked portal thats how I found out really denied their marketing is an exaggeration not that easy weird is I had loan before paid no problem
