Poor services didn't even get a loan I've been many places and got loans without the problems that I had here I would not recommend anyone to come here bad communication skills and bad customer service I wouldn't want you guys to come here and waste your time to experience what I experienced you guys have a wonderful day

When I walked into this dollar loan center I wasn’t sure what to expect to be honest, but I was greeted immediately and felt welcomed right when I stepped foot inside. I was getting help from the loan specialist named Miriam, she was so professional, well mannered, and mature, so much so that I thought she was mf like 27 years old. Turns out she’s 20. But anyway her customer support was superb. Recommend this dollar loan center

Aylin O is who assisted me she was very polite and professional. Everyone spoke when I came in and left. The staff worked very well as a team. The place was really clean. Service was really fast and funds were transferred to my debit card, I thought that was super cool !!

.. where do I start I came in today to take out a loan for a car appointment I had took these ladies 40 minutes FORTY! Yes I timed it. I entered at around 10-10:10am and left at 10:50! To even get to me while they were busy chit chatting and gossiping behind the desk. I didn’t get the name tag for my loan lady but someone by name giovanni ? I saw a glimpse of was by the computer. No one assisted me I ended up being late to my car oil change appointment and have to reschedule now. Please give them a talk to gossip once the customers are not in the line. I’ve taken out loans before here and have always had top customer service so this honestly has me disappointed… as I am always referring people here .. sigh
