I had to bite the bullet and borrow some money. After hearing the commercials on the radio I went online and filled out their questions and got a call from Catherine shortly after submitting my responses. She walked me through the process, stayed on the phone with me while we finalized the paperwork and made sure the money got deposited into my account. I hope I don't need to work with them again (because borrowing money sucks) but Catherine made it really easy and painless.
