Dollar Loan Center, Las Vegas, NV

Well first off this really has nothing to do with the front of the house staff Gladys and Sissy. They were super nice to me. My issue is the "Unprofessional" "underwriter" at "corporate" a rude B sitting at a desk making 6 dollars an hour having no idea what any class or professionalism is. Not only am I shocked that the owner Chuck has such nasty rude unprofessional idiots like her working for him. I can only imagine the amount of money she costs him daily ...weekly ...yearly. If that were my employee I would fire her, I heard the down right NASTY things she was saying to Gladys on the phone about me (she does not even know me) and I know the ring on my finger cost more then she makes in 2 years...that is just my left hand BTW. The only words of advice I have for anyone who wants to "Don't Be Broke" ....."Don't Be" hasty when going to a loan center. "Don't Be" spoken about like trash. "Don't Be" so desperate that you will waste so much time in your day dealing with such unprofessional-ism. "Don't Be" so quick to believe everything you hear. "Don't Be" willing to pay stupid interest when it is a highly competitive market. "Don't Be" shocked if you go into DLC (any of their locations) and hear the "underwriter" speak so NASTY about you, so LOUDLY over the phone. "Don't Be" shocked if you go to work for DLC and hear the same nastiness I heard. "Don't Be" shocked when you do take a loan and get treated POORLY (I saw how another lady paying was treated...and had to waste another hour her day to PAY DLC for her sister). I must say this is the most disappointing review I have ever written. I really thought Chuck had better employees. Very disappointed .

This dollar loan center is awesome. Always in and out fast. Never any lines and the people here are so nice.

The worst, after I waited for 20 min because the only receptionist was on a phone call, I got so humiliated she even made me call to my job on speaker in front everybody, and after be seated there for like half an hr, and printed all my documents from her own computer, she asked me for my social security card or work permit, I'm permanent resident of this country with a full time job for over 7 years and she denied, treated me like I'm an illegal, it was so humiliated I would never ever go back to this company again.
