Applied a few months ago then got denied but they never called me to tell me. They spoke with me for an hour and didn't call to tell me it didn't go through. They didn't care because they aren't getting money off me. Cool, I move on. Then they call me again to try again. I ask if you denied me before what would change?Ok I go through the process and it's takes 4 hours. Once again I don't hear nothing from these people to tell me I was denied again. They blew up my phone for hours then crickets. Even when one day when my situation changes, I'll NEVER get a loan from your company! You're extremely unprofessional!!

I've been a customer with Dollar Loan for over 5 years with good history. Today I went in to take out a loan and I was taken care by KAYLYN she was rude and has no customer service...She didnt even try to engage in any type of small talk ....She could have came at me differently regarding me not having my most recent paycheck stub... Since I did get payed today... But instead she just shut me down and gave me my stuff back and said she needed it....I completely understand since I work in the same type of field ....But she could have tried to offer me other options instead of just shutting me down the way she did ...The loan was still processed since I told her I could have my employer fax over my paycheck stub...I always bring in my most recent stub since I know it is required but I hadn't been to work yet to get it and I needed to do the some errands before work ...I will still be going to this location since It's the one closest to my home to deal with the other lady that is really nice everytime I go there she has Great Customer Service ...Other wise I will go elsewhere.

We all have those emergencies that come up unexpectedly. I was at Dollar loan center a few weeks ago. I believe the last time was there was 2010..so yeah it's been a while. Well I completed the application for a loan, provided paychecks stub most recent. Provided ID. Everything I was asked for. The young girl there question me about a bill I cutrrently have on a dispute. Whatever. after she made a call to my employer guess what it went to their voice mail. I didn't get a loan. Wich I really needed. Her answear was I was unable to verify your employment. I was like ok thanks. Really if you're going to request all this info and know it's a little after five o'clock. Please don't waste my time and don't advertise that you guys can approve you on a loan. Thanks for all the help!!

Marie was the best representative I have ever worked with! I have been in the customer service industry over 15 years and she has exceeded the standard! Marie went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get the maximum amount and I appreciate her great service!

Poor customer service would not recommend to anyone looking for money services unprofessional
