Haven't used a payday loan in a long time. I called in and Sam Gregorio was patient to help with my loan. His team members help him with the paperwork while he was explained everything to me. Loan process was simple. I was able to do everything online and via email which was a plus for me... Kim was sweet, very nice and helpful would definitely recommend.

My dad and I went in and Sam was more that helpful. Sam deserves more that 20 stars. He was fast and friendly and also very understanding. He set my dad on a very manageable payment plan. Sam also answered all of my dads questions with ease. We felt very comfortable with Sam and he is the definition of an excellent employee and I hope he’s acknowledged for his hard work and superior customer service.
