If I could I would give zero stars. Worst customer service I have ever received. They have very poor listening skills, told me It would be impossible for me to pay back a loan. I don’t recommend this place at all. Horrible horrible horrible save your time go to title max

They are so rude. I have no idea how they stay in business. When i called immediately someone barely spoke english said if you don't have a job or clean title your wasting my time. I have both but after that greeting there was no way i was going to do business with them. They are rude judgemental people and they have no business dealing with the public. And ive seen the owners responses to other reviews so no i didnt get a loan but not because you refused me, i refused to do business with you. I did get a loan elsewhere and have paid it off already. Your loss not mine!

I have never ever been to a place that does business this way the man and woman working there were beyond rude to myself and some other guy there. There was no type of customer service at all!!!!!! I don't know how they are still in business the way they treat people. I wouldn't recommend ANYONE to go there! I worked with loan companies and also work for a bank and know for a fact what he was telling me everything was against the law was BS. An I don't write reviews but I had to share so no one else gets treated this way again!... place needs shut down from the public seriously!!!

I don't normally write reviews but, I felt I had to! I was really in need of a loan. I was scared and a little nervous about where I should go in a time of need. When I called, the owner answered (he has a thick accent), he was so nice that I drove across town to go to his place instead of others (even though he is centrally located). When I walked in and sat down with him and explained my situation, I felt so comfortable. He explained the process to me so I fully understood and took away my concern. He actually took the time to go over everything with me knowing it was a busy day. He was honest and open with me and I knew I made the right decision! In a time of need, filled with anxiety, its exactly what I needed. I left there with money in my pocket for my bills and a smile on face. I truly hope you don't need a loan but, if you do, and your feeling worried, call Mr. Vu. He'll make you feel at ease! I promise!

This place is a joke.... The guy that answer the phone needs to learn English. Their rude and very jugemental. Their website is false advertising this place should be close down.. The crazy thing is I am not the only person that has experience the rudeness... Welcome to Vegas time wasted.... People go though up and downs in their life and people miss paying bills. That's dont mean your not responsible. 9/10 that person may have went though a finacial setback, It happen to the best. Remember when you point a finger at someone their will be a hundred pointed back. I just needed to get this off my heart..
