I called just to know what I needed to bring in order to get a loan from here , Bridgette wouldn't give me the information! She went on something off topic and asked if I've ever got a loan here before (obviously I have not gotten a loan here before considering I'm asking what I need) so I told her my dad gets loans from them so I wanted to know what I needed, and she went on to try to get my dads information. I asked politely to forget I mentioned my dad and she said maybe(!!!???) And repeatedly asked for my dads name! She was quite rude if you ask me and stupid. I was very upset and hung up and she had the audacity to call my phone back!!! Very upsetting experience.... I went on to call a different location and Amy from a Henderson location was very professional and told me exactly what I needed to bring for my loan! Jones location is bad.

Took my mother here to get a loan both associates especially the white girl with glasses were rude and ahe yelled at my mother because they said any piece of mail with the address would work. Don t go here go elsewhere

Employee TOTALLY LIED ON ME TODAY I WILL BE TAKING LEAGAL ACTION TOOK ALL MY PERSONAL INFO REFUSED TO GIVE IT BACK AND REFUSED TO HELP ME SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY THE BBB WILL BE GETTING A REPORT ON THIS MATTER!
