I went into get a quick loan by Tina! I was very impressed by the service by her. She was patient and attentive with me. When I had to print out my bank statement she was taking care of other customers as well. During that time, she said she would get back to me in a timely matter! And she did! I am very pleased with the service! It was timely and smooth! (:

I am here 12/14/20 at 10:09 AM physically at this location on warm springs and Rainbow were the hours of operation say open 10 AM - 6PM. The store is not even open. Normally when coming to this location I have no complaints and the service is pleasant. However, I do not appreciate coming to a location and abiding by the facilities hours of operation when the facility it self cannot abide by their own hours.

Charlene one of the staff at this location help me figure out what’s the difference between the payday loan and installment loan and it helps me which one is better for me to get. She explained me clearly everything. She’s nice and kind. Thank you Charlene! Great job :)

Dejonn at the warm springs and rainbow location should get a raise! He has helped me out so very much! Excellent customer service every time I see him! Also the branch manager Irene is amazing! Thank you guy for always working with me!!

I came in to cash a check and was treated like I was in court are something I never seen them do anyone else that came to cash a check the lady was asking me a 101 questions about that was not her business, she did this to me before and I let it go no other employee did this I will not return and I will be calling someone over her
