Kimberly was very helpful and polite. I have been with moneytree since I've moved here last summer and never had any issues. The staff are very nice and always smile and greet!!! Definitely would recommend if your looking for a simple hassle free loan ☺️☺️☺️

I’m so glad that they’re still good people in the world! I was visiting from out of town and came in to this Money Tree location to cash a money order. I was a little upset because my bank was closed and I knew if I deposited it they would hold the amount I needed. When I got to the cashier window I’m not going to lie I did have a bit of an attitude because of everything that I went through prior to arriving, but the lady that helped me. I believe her name was Crystal she had purple hair she was so gracious and put me at ease. She was able to help me cash my money order and also gave me some words of encouragement. Thank you so much Crystal for your kindness and I hope your job realize what an asset you are to the company. You have such a kind soul and I know where to go to get any money order cashed when I’m Vegas! 🙏🏾

This is the rude cashier at The Money Tree on 8164 Windmill Lane who would not cash my money order knowing the the receipt was still attached to the money order!! She had the nerve to ask me where I got it from as if I stolen the money order!!! Then she told me that I need the purchase receipt, so I came back the next day with the purchase receipt and she still wouldn’t cash it!! Mind you, I come here all the time to buy money orders; which is why I’m not understanding what the real problem was for not cashing my money order!! So I tried another Money Tree store and just before cashing it the young lady stepped over to the computer then came back and said she couldn’t cash it without a reason why!!! I’m taking this matter to the Better Business Bureau!!!!
