We were looking for a consolidation loan and tried a few companies out. I received an email stating that I did not qualify based on my credit report. I noticed that the score they had and the score on my Experian credit tracking system was very different, so I called to see why that may be. The so-called COO of the company was the rudest woman I have ever spoke to. Without even allowing me to ask a question, she quickly read off everything on my credit report that was negative ending it with "That's why I DENIED you, thank you, bye-bye." I realized she actually hung up on me! If you are desperate and they are the only ones willing to help, I guess use them... Otherwise go somewhere else. We did! We also got a much better deal. I am glad that we had the negative experience here since it allowed us to find a place that was less expensive and extremely cooperative.

The most unprofessional service I have ever dealt with. I have called 3 days in a row simply asking for a copy of my agreement and these people keep telling me that they will send it right over. At one point the agent who i was speaking with wasn't sure which contact number I could reach customer service at. Once again these guys are either a scam or clearly have no idea what they are doing in customer service.

There is almost zero communication. Any communication you have after the online application will have to be initiated by you. If you are considering this type of loan to consolidate payday loans don't bother as they will tell you you don't meet income to debt requirements because of the payday loans you seek to eliminate. All in all a complete waste of time and as they do pull your credit report , a negative impact there. Your mileage may vary.

I have had no issues with this company, although the interest rate is ridiculously high their customer service is very good. Kayla and Joanne are always very helpful. I definitely would not utilize their services again due to the interest rates

My payments are drafted weekly. I received a detailed quartly statement. Paid off credit cards and increased my credit score. So far, no complaints.
