The service was excellent. Applied in the morning and approx 3 hours later the loan was approved and finalized. The staff (Customer Service and Underwriting staff) were very courteous, helpful and knowledgeable. I highly commend the employees and recommend this company. I highly recommend Omni Military Loans to active military, all veterans especially retirees that need help during those difficult times. They was very helpful and courteous. The best thing was as long as you provide the requested documents the process is quick and money to you the same day. I like to say thank you again for all your help..

Omni is great. I've worked with them several times over the last 12 years or so, adn they've always come through in a pinch and was able to assist with getting me a loan when I needed it. Melani, the loan rep that helped me start this recent loan was tremendously helpful and very patient in assisting me with finishing things to get my loan finalized. Yeah the interest rates are a bit high, but what can you when you credit isn't the best and you need funds rather quickly.

The process was very quick and easy. I did not have immediate access to AER and with my spouse looking for a job, bills were starting to pile. The loan specialists were also very helpful and kept the phone calls short. Thank you Omni for the quick turnaround during these tough times.

The staff at OMNI assist in a manner to make clients feel appreciated. My phone wasn't working correctly & it took me numerous time to provide.required documents. The agent was polite & cheerful. I will recommend OMNI services.

Very professional and courteous. Same day/night response. I live on the East Coast they called from Nevada and gave the option to finish or call back the next morning. The service representative was quick and helpful. Only gave four stars due to the slightly high interest rate (it is not bad, just a little high for me). If you are active or retired, I recommend Omni. There is no pressure to take the amount offered, you can request a lower amount. Please borrow responsibly.

The customer service is fast and friendly and obtaining a loan is seamless for military members. The better your credit, the lower the interest rate. I will say that this is an excellent way to rebuild credit and to start a solid journey to a strong credit story.
