If I could give 0 stars, I would. This company does not honor or have ethical values. This company looks out for their paycheck only and does not value client relations or customer service. If you are currently using this company, make sure they lock in your rate or consider a new mortgage lender. Otherwise you will be caught with your pants down 4 days before closing with a .75% increase. The only explanation is that we don't lock in rates. Horrible business practice and ethics. Also, they told my client they didn't need his business and to cancel the loan after earnest money was non refundable.
