I've been a member for 10+ years. My last visit I was able to update my account info and get a certificate account that pays well. No problems with either one.

Everyone is friendly that works at MACU in Mesquite, Nv. The growth CDs have helped to be motivated to save money again. The interest rates for my growth cd is better than I've seen in several years.

I spoke with a gentleman named Mel over the phone (not sure if he was from the care/customer service center, or from here in town), and he was awesome! Great customer service, and very helpful. He definitely went above and beyond.

Professional employees, care about their customers, are prompt in answering questions, services etc. Highly recommend this credit union to anyone.

I can't say enough good, we don't live down here and came down to look at a car. We'd started the process online and hoped to be able to get the loan done in the last 45 minutes before they closed. The tellers were so kind as we had two very tired children with us and gave them a treat and treated our kids so well after a long day in the heat I couldn't be more grateful. Dana who finished our loan was a rockstar, quick and efficient we were able to buy our vehicle before they closed that night! I was amazed and grateful for how friendly and kind everyone there was! Highly HIGHLY recommend this place!!

Very nice, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful people working here, all of them! It seems like everyone knows how to do everything and therefore, anyone can help with even complicated issues or problems. This also helps with very short wait times during busy times of the day. They usually have all stations staffed and process people’s needs very quickly. This branch is clearly well managed and well staffed with quality people.

My clerk was very helpful and friendly! There were a couple of people in line in front of me, but the line went quickly. Mountain America 🇺🇸 gives me higher interest than my other bank! I am very pleased with my decision to join this credit union! …
