If you guys go to or call the Evans and Las Vegas Boulevard location, you have to ask for Eri, he's the BEST!!! He took his time explaining all the information and made sure that I understood it, answered all of my questions and just made the whole process really easy! I will be using Dollar loan center in the future and it is all because of Eri and all of his help. He is one of the best customer service employees I have ever dealt with! Y'all should really give him a raise he really does deserve it!

I usually get helped by Rosie whenever I come here, I saw all the bad reviews so I expected something bad, but it wasn’t like that at all. Rosie was super quick and very friendly. She answered my questions and concerns. Sometimes I need to do the loan through the phone and she makes the process very simple and easy to follow. I would highly recommend this location, they have a great staff.

Claudia was an amazing loan specialist. She had wonderful customer service & very efficient through the whole process! Great experience!

Been a customer for years. Went to pull a loan out and they had a new guy working there. He had no idea what he was doing and no manager in sight to help him. Needless to say I now get a phone call saying my account is past due because after almost an hour and a half of him trying to figure out his job, he put the wrong due date in the system. Now I need to spend my time to go pull another small amount out to redo the contract. Management should not be leaving someone to run the store if they are not fully trained and capable of doing their job.
