They need to hire more workers. Having one person answer the phones, do laons over the phone, and do in person loans had me waiting for 30 minutes! Way too long. And the person in front of me didn't have all their documents ready so that delayed my turn even more. DLC hire more people!

Been a customer for couple month I have never had a bad experience till today with the store Manager Nici she said I could not make a payment for my husband because I was not an authorized user, have never been asked to have one on my account nor my husband. Will pay off and never take out again…. She said why doesn’t he call and make a payment over the phone so me in person cannot make a payment but someone over the phone which you cannot ID or verify him makes no sense.

The process to getting a loan was very fast and easy. Keisha helped me over the phone and online only took about 30 minutes Thank you Keisha for great customer service

I just want to say a big thank you to I believe her name was Myana. She was so helpful when I called. I lost my mama 2 weeks ago and I am unable to make my payment this week and she helped me out by setting up for me to make a double payment when I get paid next. Thank you thank you. You are truely a blessing to me right now.
