It was a joy to work with OneMain, They approved my loan with no Headaches!!. I would recommend them to anyone needing a Loan their process was quick and simple.

I hope they get their heads on right and help others but as of today, my experience was less than pleasant. If you want a loan to buy a lawn chair they might work out. But if you have a real need for a loan, Do Not get a loan with them…

Agent at store harrassed me about insurance they claimed I didn't have. Had to have my insurance agent call to straighten out. People at this store should educate themselves on reading insurance paperwork before harassing customers

It was a pleasure to go to a place where people like me needs help and they are their for you. And person that help me was a comfortable person to talk to and for her second week she's good. hope she be there for a long time and also the manager for that day he knows what he's doing also. thank you very much

If i could do zero stars I would. This place is unprofessional and picks and chooses how they want to do business. I applied for a loan and spent a whole afternoon on the phone with their rep going over my loan request. Everything was good to go and just needed to upload some documents, which I had previously did when I submitted my original request. The next day I called and they told me someone created a second loan request on my behalf and without verify any of the details they deleted my request. Then they continue to tell me my loan cannot be accepted because I redacted personal information on my paystub, but left my total gross and net income as they original requested. Amber the "manager" said they cannot accept it and they nee to see ALL of my information because it is policy. I asked if she can send me a copy of the policy stating what they need to see and what they don't so i know what can be redacted. She said they do not have a policy, but need to see everything for the net and gross income. I told her she could just subtract the net from the gross and get the total amount of what I pay in taxes and other personal items. She said she could not do that and she needs to see what I am paying for in my taxes etc. I said that is a violation of my privacy and she does not need it. She said If i dont provide it she is going to reject my application. At this point i requested a copy of their requirement so i can provide what they need and she said she cannot do that and they just need to see everything. This is a violation of peoples privacy and Amber is completely unprofessional and not helpful. The original girl went over every detail on my account and provided completely different level of service and lied to my face that my application was with underwriting. I will never use or recommend this business for the rest of my life. stay away.

I have a contract with One Main Financial on 740 E. Dorrell Ln here in Las Vegas NV. I have confirmation that I was due to be done with my final payment to this company by 2/10/23. Charity the MGR is always so feisty , unprofessional, rude and has A BAD ATTITUDE. every time I call. Now all of a sudden since im one month away from settling this debt my payments are pushed out to be finished by 6/2023. Im not going for this! Be aware if your a VETERAN like myself STAY AWAY from this place its PREDATORY LENDING. Today is 1/5 /23 @ 9:33 a.m

I appreciate OneMain Financial for taking a chance on me. The process was easy as well as making payments. The staff was very nice and pleasant.
