SuperPawn, Pahrump, NV

I walked into the Pahrump Super Pawn I feel with high expectations like most people do. The employee who assisted me was very polite & professional & the manager has a job to do like anyone else! I'm grateful for what I was able to get & not treat the store employees rude at all like other customers do on a daily basis! It's a Pawn Shop, they're working hard with negative people in the public and they have feelings like anyone else! I actually recommend going here or to any Las Vegas location. Just don't go in with a bad attitude & act negative because you're ultimately making yourself look bad! Treat people the way you'd like to be treated. ⭐⭐Five⭐ stars⭐⭐ all the way!

They will over charge you and then try to cover up their tracks. Once you bring item home and it doesn't work properly they will charge you to put back on the shelves. If they did this to 3 people a day they will make an extra 100k a year.. go to walmart for better deals

Felt like a courtroom and the guy i was dealing with was a correctional officer when I go back in 3 days to retrieve my firearm plan on asking this Super Pawn employee if he ever was a correctional officer or in law enforcement at all and if he says yes then that explains it if he says no in any case I'm going to ask if he would refrain from such a demeanor makes customers feel like there in trouble also seems like it's a hassle for you to do your job

This pawn shop is a joke . They sold me a tool that didn’t work then charged me a restocking fee for returning it. The customer service here is terrible as I was waiting in line and the lady helped the man that was behind me before helping me . His issue was that they charged him for the wrong item and the gal helping him knew already so that’s why she skipped me to help him . Probably to cover her own mistake . Then they acted like they were doing me a favor for refunding me a portion of my money for returning a tool that did not work. I called district manager and they never called me back . Poor customer service and idiots working there . Was also looking at a computer while waiting in line that said 8gb ram and 500gb hard drive and pulled up the specs on the computer and it was 2 gb ram and 120 gb hard drive . These people should be held accountable for misinformation and false advertising . I will never spend another dollar at this place . What a joke .

I had a bass on layaway and it was my dream bass. Pearl white, gold hardware, maple neck, etc. Well, sadly, I missed a payment and it went back on the shelves. I was certain I’d lose the bass, the restocking fee would kill me, and a misunderstanding would ruin the deal. The store manager owed me nothing, yet she worked hard to reinstate the layaway and bypass the restocking fee. She called the regional manager, kept it in the office, and went so above and beyond to get me my bass that I was floored. This bass is now happy in my studio. It’s all thanks to incredible customer service. To the SP team… thank you. I’m a pro musician, and these are more than toys. They’re tools. My studio benefits so much from Pearl (the bass). It’s thanks to you guys. Keep up the amazing work, and truly I cannot express my gratitude more.

Absolutely love this place! I always get the greatest customer service from start to finish. Prices are fair and I firmly believe they actually do everything they can to help get you more cash when you’re in a bind and need it. Don’t waste your time going any place else! Thank you guys!
