I always get a loan every couple of months with them. All the girls are very friendly and very helpful. Sometimes I am late on my loan they will always work with me as long as you call to let them know. The waiting area is always clean and inviting. The process is quick and easy every time. Will always come to this store and not any other .

They were really helpful, they made it so easy and walked me through it. They were patient I didn’t have all my stuff and they waited for me to go get it and everything. I was almost late for a payment and they understood but luckily I was able to make it. Amazing place honestly

Angelica is rude and unprofessional. Would not waste my time here again. She was texting and taking personal calls while I was waiting and even put a closed sign on the door because she didn’t wanna work. I’m seriously offended at how she handled our interactions. She didn’t even run my application just had me running all over town providing multiple copies of documentation she clearly had already but just enjoyed wasting my time.

The process of getting a loan takes way to long. Employees aren’t very helpful with letting you know why the process takes so long, second time returning here and it takes about 45mins. Ridiculous not to mention the guy helping my husband was making a big deal that his license will expire in April??? So what. Will not be coming back here.

I'm not sure about this place. Their tv ads lead you to believe they can give you a loan but I was turned down. I went to a different place and got a loan with no problem. Not really sure what the differences in protocol are between the two but I won't go back to this place. The girl who worked with me was great though and helpful.
