Sometimes you come across customer service that greatly exceeds expectations. I was assisted by Tawnya at the Mira loma location and found her to be very welcoming and friendly to work with it. She certainly exceeded my expectations which greatly reduced the stress of having to get a loan. I was very satisfied and would highly recommend her and dollar loan center!

I came in to the Mira Loma location the two ladies that helped me where very nice and polite. I needed help and even thou they informed me that they were unable to do a loan for me, I certainly can say they were very helpful and had great customer service. When I am able to come back I most definitely will be coming to this location. Thanks ladies for being so understanding and answering every question I had!

I was put on COVID-19 precautionary quarantine without pay by my employer after the first week of December. Missing two whole paychecks just before Christmas was looking to ruin my family’s holiday so i applied for a loan. They denied me, a returning customer, because my most recent check-stub was from dec. 11. They basically told me that as soon as i get my next checkstub (a week from this coming Friday) they will approve my loan... a week AFTER christmas AND on PAYDAY?? Ridiculous

Angelica was horrible customer service. Purposely tries to find reasons to disqualify you so she doesn’t have to do her job. Would not recommend. Go anywhere but here.
