Was able to re up my loan with Angel's Help. He is Super Professional and Very Kind. Needed money for my 55th birthday. Was between paydays. Was Fast and Easy. Thanks Angel...you Da Man!!!!

Its stressful enough having to ask for a loan! I explained that I did not have any current mail since all bills are paid on line. I printed out my Spectrum bill like she said... and that still didn't work. The person I worked with needs to take a course on CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPASSION ! I did however go to another place and had no problem! Thank you Nadine!

I have been going to this specific store for a long time now and it’s amazing! Angelina always helps me and is hands down one of the nicest most friendly workers they have, I have even gone out of my way to go to this specific branch just to see her welcoming smile and her amazing personality always helping me as well as making such a stressful situation pleasant! :)

Got approved for a loan all I needed was employment verification. I called all day being told that they are busy they will try when they can I go to another location just to be told policy is to only call once I would have to wait till tomorrow. Makes no sense to me I have paystubs an direct deposit proof of employment yet I was lied to all day just for a phone call. Horrible service

Constantly harrass you. Aren't interested in helping you when you're financial situation has changed. They just want to keep you paying interest and that's it. They suck. Regret doing business with them
