Dollar Loan Center, Reno, NV

Put up a sign saying be back at 10 after they are suppose to be open at 9. Waited till 10:30 still know one showed up.

When times are tough, it's hard, embarrassing to seek help. Dollar Loan Center Keystone not only helps you but encourages you that there's nothing to be ashamed about. Wonderful, thoughtful, helpful people. Always willing to help in a time of need. I know they've been given a bad rap in the past but new management has picked the right people to change the environment and customer service.

I was told to call a phone number to get a deferment on my account for a few months I was told that interest would build up but it would just prolong the final payment. Great no problem right? No instead of honoring what I was told instead of saying look things have changed, I'm referred to a collection agency and then I'm getting 15 to 20 phone calls A day, no exaggeration. Between the live calls and the robo calls, this is ridiculous. I would never recommend the Dollar Loan Center at 595 Keystone.

I had a great experience. I will admit it didnt take " minutes" as the add states, however i do not have good credit AT ALL but i do make a decent wage and for this reason i was approved for a nice loan. The whole process too about 35 minutes. However, my husband, who went in with me at the same time to get a loan, had to wait an hour and 13 minutes because they had to call other stores for manager approval on his loan. Which they also had to do with my loan, but for some reason it took much much longer to get an approval for his. I thought the customer service was very good. But again, my husband was almost denied because the woman helping him entered his phone number in the system wrong so when she went to call him 4 different times the call wouldnt go through so she told him she couldn't loan to him. Luckily another employee decided to review his information compared to his application and realized her error. She corrected the issue, called the right number and reached him no problem, so he was able to get the loan. Overall there were more pro's than con's and i do and will continue to refer people to DLC and use them myself in the future.

I’d have to agree that when times are tough and you need a little bit of help it’s embarrassing! When I walked into this location I was greeted right away.. which was a plus! Not only that but there was two ladies working and they both were friendly and professional! Big shout out to Yessi who helped me and explained how everything worked with great detail as this was my first time to a DLC! Thanks a bunch Yessi!!! Keep up the amazing hard work!!

I have been a customer since September and they have helped and assisted me through thick and thin since I've been there. During this process, I have become responsible and have seen my credit limit increase substantially since then. Judy, Lynn, Amanda, Jennifer, and Bryanna (hopefully spelled it correctly 😎) are the best. Keep doing your thing ladies!!!
