MoneyTree staff is always courteous and professional. Most importantly, they keep that line moving despite the chatty customers who are fond of sharing the specific predicament that necessitated the loan. If you pay attention and have your documents in order, you can be finished with your business in about 5 minutes.

I cashed a tribal check a couple of days ago no problem. Today they see a native and a tribal check and all of the sudden I have to jump through hoops to qualify a legitimate check. Once I resolved one issue another rose up, like they're just making things up to not cash this legal check. The staff from associate to manager was extremely rude. It's like because the fund come from a non white entity and they see me and automatically I'm a piece of trash. To those working here.

The staff at the 555 Virginia Store is way awesome. Cant say enough about them: kind, considerate, patient, helpful, and literally always have a positive vibe or impression they exhibit towards their customers. You cannot possibly leave the store without a greater sense of appreciation for their warm approach and truly professional assistance they provide for the community.

Cynthia would get a 0 from me if it was possible to rate 0. I have been a Moneytree customer since 2010. I came in to the Virginia Street location to add money to my credit card something I have done simply for years . She made it a huge hassle and was terribly rude and disrespectful. I feel it's a terrible day when a customer service goes out the window.

Called them walking down the street hot and cramping up ask if they would stay open just 3 minutes past 5pm girl who sounded like a child told me yes, they try to stay open as late as can. I walked all the way from del taco on South Virginia street to here got here and it was just turning 5:01 when getting to window both girls see me but turn their open sign off on me right when i got to the door. They had no compassion wouldn't make any exception despite my last ten years of business with them. Started to point to a sign on the window that shows a clear acre location. yeah, i am sure after walking all the way down here and being assured they try and stay open yet refusing me service i swear on my life i was only 30 seconds to a minute past 5pm closing time. I tried to be nice and said please i walked all the way down here she goes nope. SO, I PUT MY FLIP OFF FINGER IN WINDOW DIDNT EVEN CALL HER A NAME OR ANYTHING JUST THE FINGER. They call the cops on me. I have never had such rude employees that act both cowardish and childish in my 20 plus years of living in Reno,Nevada they are truly making me feel like reno is not a good city to live in...

Money Tree's accessibility and customer service are exceptional! I visit only a couple times a year and my request is always taken care of within ten minutes. I have been using their service for at least ten years!🌹 The Employees are always attentive, often very nice & attractive. Works for me.🤗 Services include prepaid Debit cards, check cashing (And if it's for your Birthday you get discount w/30 days) along with Money Orders and more. Definitely a resource for many in the downtown Reno area who are not with Traditional Banking! Right on Virginia as you are heading south into Midtown.🌟

Longest wait has been under 5 minutes, the women working there have always been pleasant to deal with. I'm usually in and out in a couple of minutes.
