No customer loyalty. I’ve paid off four loans with these guys and they will still only offer me lower amounts with higher interest rates. Their app stopped working months ago so you have no option but to call in your payment. Whatever you do don’t go here

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TITLE MAX TO ANYONE. THEIR INTERESTS ARE SO HIGH ….. it’s the worst decision anyone can make with this company. I don’t care what state or city you use them THEY WILL ROB YOU BLIND. FIND OTHER TITLE COMPANIES!!!! THEY ARE OUT TGERE WITH LOWER INTEREST RATES!!! NOW IM FORCED TO GIVE EVEN ONE STAR!!! SIMPLY UNBELIEVABLE!!!
