Great company with great staff! Angelina is very professional and knowledgeable, polite and takes the time to explain everything. I highly recommend onemain financial.

I processed everything online including documents needed. Received a call from a nice professional girl for follow up. She didn't seem to have what she needed from a manager. Told me she would call me back soon. I never received a response or call or anything from anyone at the business. I called a day later and left a voice mail. Still no response from the business! Maybe they only cater to certain people? I can't recommend this place if they can't even call a potential customer back. Poor service overall so buyer beware! I implore you not to try this loan place. Hell they even argued with me about them calling me, just absolutely ridiculous. Unprofessional, incompetent, bad business practice, lack of communication.

Worst decision I've ever made. Have paid over $300/mo for over 2 years and balance only reduced by $1000. DON'T DO IT!

Great easy process. Everyone was so welcoming and willing to help me. Hopefully can do more with them in the future. Will recommend them for anyone asking me about a loan!

Hello everyone people before they go to this loan company I’m not gonna recommend this location because you know why customer service is really bad instead that you get or give you an option what are you supposed to do?. nicely they don’t give you that they don’t explain they gonna fight you they gotta talk back to you Hopefully this person got fired to here job because she has an attitude 100% not recommend I regret ti borrow money in this they are fake be nice to you when you borrow money to them but in the long run there are not gonna respect with you. Customer service is really bad. Hopefully the company owner can read this and she can get fired whatever manager ..not recommend 100% .. And then, one more thing don’t delete people they review with you because I read couple days ago like four or five people bad reviews in your store and you delete it. Wow fabulous.😂😂😂😂..

Loan process started off smooth spoke with Angelina and was communicating for the most part, called to follow up and Rob answered. Very bad customer service on his part he needs to be more professional when talking to customers and understanding, will not consider them for a loan, and told them to cancel it and he hung up on me . I never come on here to leave reviews but this guy needs to quit if he doesn’t like his job.
