Not to friendly and I have only heard that tellers r very judgemental.. in picking and choosing who banks with them and has nothing to do with banking.. unfortunately..Wells nv is a small town so everyone knows each other.. wish I didn't hear the horror stories or maybe I would bank there

I thought I was going to have to travel to Nevada to close my mom’s account who recently passed. I called ahead and Cheyenne took care of everything over the phone. She saved me time, the expense of travel, and the worry that comes with dealing with a passed loved ones affairs. Thank you Cheyenne.

Manager discriminates, what can you expect from a small town where people have everything handed to them and frown upon the less fortunate. You’d think if HR gets over 15 calls complaining about the power trip management has they’d get a clue but 🤷‍♂️ …
