I apply for a loan at this so called bank I jumped threw a mess of hoops for them after 3 weeks of never hearing back from them and leaving a half dozen phone messages and emails finally got a reply back saying my loan was denied do to the fact my ID pic I sent them was to blurry.i went to my usual bank and was approved no questions asked in a day

What a nightmare of a financial institution. Awful customer service!!! They take advantage of the small town community. I'll drive my money elsewhere.
