Nice employees. Terribly mind-numbing outdated technology. Their entire system is primarily designed for old fashioned banking: paper. A total joke for modern era finance and doesn't even achieve base-level internet standards. A freshman CS student could make a better version of their "app". Their hours are not helpful for anyone who works a standard 9-5 week. Since they close early and aren't open on the weekends. Terrible support. Used this bank for auto loan based on a local recommendation, despite being hesitant because they seemed outdated. Shoulda known. BTW they aren't even FDIC insured. (The helpful and nice employees are easily 5 stars though).

My experience with Financial Horizons was extraordinary!! We needed something to get done as soon as possible by a certain day which was very sort notice, and Taylon made is possible!she was quick ,efficient ,and went above and beyond ! Excellent customer service! Very very pleased, highly recommend them you are truly in great hands!

Will never use this credit union again. Supposedly gave me a chance to work with them and now I have a lawsuit. Never again will this bank get my business. I know what I did was my fault but they could have helped me more. Worst bank ever. Should have used Elko Federal Credit Union.

We opened an account about a month in half to two months ago and haven't touched it since and some how we owe them money...lots of hidden charges they do not discuss with you or we missed them either way. We will be closing our account.

App doesn't work 40% of the time, no weekend or after hours assistance, their online statements are messy and not adiquitly labeled, they block online purchases too often and when you ask about allowing they said to call in advance since not open weekends

They have great workers from the bank & very helpful nice & professional. But this system they have is most terrible thing I ever dealt with and it’s so old always having issues & problems with logging into my bank and system always down when I can’t access my money when I’m in need of it. I been trying to be patient with this system but its always something I can’t keep dealing with this forever.
