Great service and fast service with a smile. The addison location is my favorite because of the employee's and their commitment to serving me as an account holder to the best of their ability. I would give them a 5 star rating but unfortunately the system they have for protecting any fraudulent charges is too protective if you know what I mean. It's for your protection and it saved me from a $80.00 charge that my 3 year old made on a game console account on accident but on that note it has a tendency to lock my account. If I make a purchase somewhere new for the right amount the automated system mite send me a notice and lock me out but the folks at the addison branch are quick to get it unlocked and taken care of as soon as it is brought to their attention other was 10/10 for me!

The teller at the window gave back 200 less than what was taken from my account and botched the amounts on the receipt as well. Took close to and hour and a half to get everything sorted out. Completely inept.
