As soon as I walked in the I was greated by kind and professional staff who made me feel right at home and safe, answerin all my questions and had me on my way in 20 minutes. I highly recommend using Regina for all your financial services needs. This is by far the best customer service experience I've had in a very long time. Just called to see what I would need to cash a check and to try to figure out if they accept the type I needed to deposit and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. I was asking questions and she just had no answer. Was extremely dismissive and didn’t really seem to want to help and spoke to me with an attitude like I was getting in the way of her day. If you have employees answering the phone then maybe they should know that they are talking about to be able to provide the customer service that SHOULD just be common courtesy. Or maybe just hire better workers, I’m a manager and if one of my employees talked to a customer like how I was just talked to it would be immediate termination. Not happy with the phone conversation I just had. Definitely won’t even be stepping foot in this establishment.

Needed to cash a check after my banks hours, i stumbled upon this spot. Priscilla was very friendly and quickly helped me. Easy, fast, and good Customer service.

Venus was exceptional. She was extremely kind and professional. I was having a horrible day and was nervous i wouldn't be able to cash my check. Venus made a quick call to verify employment and i was all set. I can't stress enough how great she was. The other women dealing with customers seemed very nice as well. I will definitely return. Thank you again VENUS....you really improved my day.

Urban decay..at its best.. the lack of etiquette is absolutely atrocious and pathetic. Sad to see that we still have people that lack common courtesy in such a small demographic.. area. Like would you like to be treated the way you treat people???? I bet not. Here's what to expect.. profanity.. unclassy response if you interrupt their "behind the glass convo" & please count your money.
