My mom had passed away and I called them up to let them know that she did die and the woman on the phone was extremely rude and obnoxious telling me yes we already know and that my dad had to have a death certificate I said that he did she then proceeded to tell me that he would need a certificate of authorization I asked her what if he doesn't have that she was like well until he does then we can't get any information about her account. To me if you don't want to deal with the public then get a job somewhere else

Went to open bank account they were so rude beside my ssn num and id card they were asking rent stubs so rude bank i walk away
