I've received the letter from this address claiming them to be GM Financial and demanding some fees ???

World worst support ever. our entire store was down due to their technical issues.. I called thier support number and their support agent hung on me 7 times as soon as I said Hello. Then the other Indian guy was humming and singing on the phone call. Today is the last day that we will use their pin pad. Everyone, do not buy their pin pad , you will regret this for your entire life. This is not the first time its happened to me. Every freaking day. The support is terrible and terrible. One time one of my staff got yelled at by one of their freaking tech
