I was looking for an auto loan to buy out my lease, and when comparing rates I came upon Western Division, who offered the best rate I could find for a 2019 vehicle. They were incredibly easy to work with and FAST. They completed my loan via online application, text & a few quick phone calls. Everything was done in 2 days. I am very happy with their service and rates. They even offer an app which makes it very easy to look at my account and make payments. I worked with Shelby and she was friendly and efficient.

I am very happy with my experience at Western division Credit Union. The loan process for my lease buyout was smooth and fast with everything being done remotely. Western Division Credit Union is by far the very best credit union. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating, they truly care about their customers. We have a business so have to deal with other banks as well and I’ve never had a bank so easy and enjoyable to deal with. The ladies in Dunkirk always greet us by name and are happy to help. I've used Western Division for almost 20 years for occasional auto loans and recreational vehicle loans. My kids have used them too. Super service, easy to work with and a good combo of old school and modern banking with a solid app and online tools. Always the best or close to best rates and quick loans to close with minimal hassle. Also the occasional Member Dividends are great. Always my go to when I want to do a loan vs cash.
