OneMain helped us when we needed to consolidate some bills and used some to go see family for Christmas out of state. Todd was easy to work with for the initial approval and setting auto pay up and what not, well we ran into car trouble and Becca came to the rescue. She did not dismiss me or brush me off, she talked through the options with me and we found a solution. It ultimately ended with us closing our loan out with them, but I am glad they are there if we ever need them again! Thank you so much for all your help!

I went to OneMain Financial in Auburn NY for a loan to repair my sewage line out to the main when my bank couldn't help me because of my credit,They refeard me to OneMain in Auburn NY. I was taken care of in a few minutes by Mr Snyder an had the money in my account in a few days .Thank you Mr. Snyder an one main for helping me out .l would Highly recamend to anyone in need

Have a loan with one main the old manager was very helpful. Last week refinanced my loan through there . Payments were scheduled for Friday's. Magically the came out 4 days early. And were taken for my old loan after it was closed . When I spoke to the new manager Tiffany about my concerns she was dismissive and talked down to me even though I have never been late and payments are on automatic payment which they prefer you to do. Happy with one main overall I'd just drive farther to another branch over padding her pocketbook.

This isn’t really about the Auburn branch as much as it is about the company. They issues loans for low income markets and pray upon them. They will provide you with a “payment range”, in my case with a $50 swing. They do this because they anticipate selling you a bunch of junk addons. I’ve got many loans in my time, never once have I been given a range for my payment amount; especially with a $50 difference. On top of that, they wanted to call my work to verify employment; like my paystubs from last week weren’t enough. I find that wildly unprofessional; my co-workers do not need to be involved in my personal life. Unless you have no other option, stay away from here. They WILL rip you off. They have 0 desire to help someone who needs a hand; instead you’ll get a high interest rate with a sale pitch for addons TO A LOAN!!!! Try your local credit union first and talk to them in person; they’re actually willing to help find a solution. Oh, and they’ll give you a payment AMOUNT, not a range.
