This is my second loan with Express Business Loans. I had a great experience working with Irina, John and Michael. Irina got me approved in such a short period of time and was able to get me the best deal for my business. The process was smooth and easy. She was very responsive and straight forward. I had a few choices and she guided me and explained all the details. She did not promise me or tell me what I wanted to hear. She delivered and did what she said she would do. I am a wholesale distributor and do not have a typical office arrangement. I was receiving approvals that were short term for a smaller amount than what I needed. It’s April and I receive orders from my clients now for the summer. Irina helped me complete the financial review to get the approval I needed. It took two days from start to finish.

Irina and Brad were just amazing in a time of need for my samall business! I took three loans from this down to earth/ family company. 1st was Brad & the 2nd two Irina. Irina helped get two of my loans discounted for a quick pay-off and I highly recommend this company for anyone that needs a quick short-term loan, has bad credit or any other tricky situation. You have to know this is not a credit-union or a bank. This loan is a hard-loan with higher interest fees for those that need it quick. Just make sure you can pay the terms to not get yourself in trouble. I feel bad for those that didn't have a good situation, but I did and Irena was available for me 100%. I will not hesitate going back to them.

john and irina were the slums i dealt with ... really was a simple transaction ... their site claims "limited doc loan" "3 months statements" i made application (680 credit score) sent the three statements ... they came back asking for a secondary bank account that i use and i sent off requesting those 3 statements ... then they asked for 12 months of statements (mainly because i get a big deposit once per quarter) makes sense even though they did not list that as a possibility on the site... however I bought another company mid year last year... as with every buy/sell Ive ever seen (I've participated in about 70 over the years from big to small) I signed a "non-disclosure agreement with the company I bought not to disclose the price paid nor the terms of the agreement. unfortunately sending 12 months of statements would break that legal contract. I let the guys John and Irene know the circumstance and apologized and stated i would continue pursuing other sources.... no harm no foul right??? nope thats where these two idiots began not only bashing me for following the contract i signed a year ago, but bashing attorneys and anything else they could. Ive never heard such desperation in the voice of a loan officer in my life. Obviously the reason for the desperation is these two clearly have ZERO sales skills and when they are unable to close a loan they resort to name calling and clear ignorant statements such as "I've never heard of a non-disclosure agreement" pretty sad... I wouldn't recommend these two people at this place for anything... if you plan to apply i would ask for someone with a bit more experience and a bit more common sense. Thanks

Like that there is no upfront fees. My business is five years in business but I couldn’t not qualify for a longer term because of my personal credit. Was fast approval and was happy to work with someone who didn’t talk like Tony from Brooklyn. Would recommend if your business is looking for quick working capital.
