My wife and my ATM cards were not working so we went to the branch to rectify. They claimed to order us new cards, but they never arrived. I called the branch manager three times (over 2 months) and she has not returned my calls. I even said that I wanted information on refinancing in my last message - still no call. I eventually called the 800 number for customer service and they said I would have to go to another local branch to file a complaint.

I have had nothing but great service here. Tellers are friendly and helpful. Lines are never long. Great place to have your child's savings account too!

a good branch but do always check your systement because they do not train good tellers. they seem to make mistakes often especially if there are many people with similar names.
