I always have a great experience with BSNB. For the 5+ years I have had my accounts with this bank and branch, they have been attentive and helpful. When there is the slightest bit of suspicious activity, I get a call right away from a real, local person.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They make you beg them to get your own personal items out of your safety deposit box. They don’t care you need to get into it and only let you if you call corporate multiple times. Be prepared to be treated like a criminal by heartless people who don’t care you have important things kept in there. Do not trust this bank.
