I absolutely love ESL not only is the staff friendly when you go in but they are very helpful as well . I also can call the customer service center and always get the help I need without complications . I have been with ESL now for just over 4 years and I have so much love for them that my family members like my kids , My mom and a few of my friends have moved to ESL bank and have the same experience I do always pleased all the time . Thank you ESL for being there for us when we need you the most .

This bank is always trying to sell you something whether in person or over the phone. Do yourself a favor and choose Canandaigua National if you’re looking for a local financial institution in the Rochester/Finger Lakes area.

A bank that closes at 4pm, I'd imagine a majority of people that use a bank are employed. With that said how does one expect us to go to the bank prior to 4pm, I mean give me a break. People are nice though nothing against them.

Batavia is my favorite ESL branch. Everyone there is always professional and Courteous.

The teller was so helpful and informative. They have a cute little coffee area, which I thought was delicious. They offer ATM and drive through service. Free papers if you want to roll your own coins. Overall a great branch.

Knowledgeable and friendly staff. They are even open on Saturdays!
