I was so happy that One Main Financial gave me an opportunity to grant me a loan. The customer service was phenomenal and the process in getting the loan went very smoothly. Very friendly and helpful staff. They approved me and my soon to be wife or an unsecure personal loan. Was very easy to do and staff very nice. Loan officer was Chris. Unfortunately we ended up going with our credit union for a lower rate and even when I had to call and cancel Chris was very friendly and had no problem even though they are comissioned sales I believe. Only reason I didn't do a 5 star review was because they wanted us to use both our cars as collateral and we both owe on our cars at a 4% interest rate, they said they would pay the cars off and do one big loan and be able to give us 1800 more on the loan. But it wouldn't make any sense to add the cars loans in for a measly 1800 more and go from a 4% to a 24% interest on the car loans. But they didn't try to pressure us into it they only offered it, uneducated buyers may have fell for that so be careful. Great experience though.

Not very personable. When i walked in one day with pre approval. I didn't have my paystubs so i couldn't be approved for loan. I called back today 1.5 months later and i would have to totally reapply. And i refuse to go back to them. These guys pulled my credit report 5x.

This is my second loan and I have had nothing but excellent service from them. They are always courteous and work with me to make sure my financial needs are met with an excellent option for repayment with autodraft so as not to miss a payment. Excellent customer service.

BEWARE! If you enjoy being lied to, treated with no respect, or having your time wasted, then this is the place for you. The people here, if they can manage to pull themselves away from the personal calls they're making, are very shady in their "business" dealings. Make sure you double check the fine print to find what they're try to sneak in. Or, save yourself some time, money, and headache and go somewhere else.
