Been with them since I lived in Batavia almost 20 years ago. Best rates by far, yes it is an Old School credit union. The staff are always friendly. Left Batavia, 10 years ago for Rochester, however I still return here for loans. The overall savings are well worth the trip.

I've really been disappointed in this place the past year or so especially with not having Saturday hour I'm sorry that it my be an inconvenience for some of the tellers but what about tge members that have been with you for years it really inconveniences them

Went here because they had the best new car loan rates. I worked with Haley who made the entire process easy and had my approval and check in less than 24 hours. Haley was the absolute best at her job, went through everything, made sure I understood and did it all with an awesome personality and smile on her face. Thank you!

A good credit union to work with. Helpful staff and more. Located in the same building as Lawley Insurance and Pathstone. To enter use front door and then door on left. Drive thru and atm are located behind building

Linda is rude and unprofessional. Instead of ridiculing a CUSTOMER/CLIENT whatever!, why don’t you HELP. I was very displeased with my interaction with her over the phone. Although the other employees that go by Becky, Irisa and Olivia are awesome!!!
