Never received a bill for my first loan payment, so I paid the late charges and the $5.00 fee to make a payment. While doing this I make sure to sign up on auto pay for the future. Next month rolls around and in receive a notice 2 WEEKS after the due date saying it was overdue and I had $63 in late fees, called to complain was told oh well, we dont have the man power to let you know your loan is due, that's on you. Just terrible customer service, for as little as they do, they do it poorly.

These people have been so unprofessional to me and disrespectful

The only bank left that at least recently did NOT charge for cashing its own checks... something that should be illegal in my opinion. I reviewed this before, but somehow a business that did not agree with my negative review managed to get ALL my reviews removed.
