I used the financial advisor on staff and ended up paying $200 to First Niagara in bank fees the very first month. The money was not in the correct type of accounts that she had arranged for me. When I went in and addressed the errors (and subsequent fees) I was completely dismissed. It was a stressful and costly experience. I closed the accounts at this branch and went to a competent bank instead.
