One star is giving them to much !! I am local to this area and every time I go inside this location the workers are extremely racist!! On several occasions i have had to deal with their racism. I will never go here again I advise ALL people of color to find another branch to use. The carmel location is amazing and clean with amazing friendly workers!

Terrible place, not interested in doing business with their members. I'm looking for another credit union!

With regards to an auto loan process, there were repeated occasions with lack of thoroughness, miss-communication, conflicting answers & statements and no way to contact the original loan representative I sat with. Moreover, they forgot about faxed over documents. With regards to recent notary services, they had two different notaries that both made serious mistakes that caused me big headaches and delays at another financial retirement plan institution. One notary stamped the document, signed dated the document twice with expired notary dates! On top of that, another notary stamped and signed a document while overlooking a missing name field. UPDATE: I received a call today from a manager at the Brewster branch she took this review very seriously. She expressed that this should not have happened and she will look into the matter to prevent future occurrences. I will consider adjusting my rating in the days to come...

Snobby staff and could care less about accommodating sombody with a medical condition. Due to these reasons I will be switching banks and advise anyone seeking a friendly helpful bank to go elsewhere.

Go else were to get a car loan! HVFCU purposefully drug out a loan my wife had here and refused to provide me with a payoff after her passing! Worst customer relationship experience I’ve ever had. Take my advise bank elsewhere.

HVCU is the largest but most member friendly credit union in Hudson valley and now westchester area. We are members over decade and has experienced ups and downs with logo changes to changing from fed to state credit union. it has the great loan rate with minimal fees and all the new branches has the latest ATM gadgets (not Brewster) for convenience and faster transaction/ service. The only thing lots of members don’t like is the poor mobile app and website. You get personalized modern day service with a updated modern financial institution with a below average Mobil app. Brewster location serves well to its members. Business hours are different than other HVCU locations.
