I just love the staff at my local branch(Bridgeport, NY). Very nice group of people and helpful . I wish that they were open on Saturdays though, please?!

Really friendly and helpful people! The online banking and mobile app are easy to use. The only complaint I have is that they are not open on Saturday. That is not the branch's fault, more of a cooperate decision.

I like how close and convenient this location is for me i bank at least 3 times a week and the only thing negative is its not open on Saturday

The moment I walked into the bank the very first time, I was greeted with warmth and respect. They were very knowledgeable and helpful with any and of all my questions. I set up an appointment and am a very happy customer with their banking services. So happy to have this bank in Bridgeport.

I went in the Bridgeport branch I was greeted immediately. I was looking to open a checking and savings account. Rick was very helpful in explaining my options. Suzanne was GREAT. She was very informative and made some suggestions to me that will make my life much easier. The only DISAPPOINTMENT I have is that there are no SATURDAY hours.
