Christopher Budke is by far the best representative I have worked with in all my years of working with lenders. Not only is here always available if I have any questions or need him but his precision and accuracy in explaining anything I don't understand is superb. I have never waited more than 5 minutes for Chris to get back to me whether its via email, text, or call. You can truly feel how much he cares about his clients. I will would use Insula again and again just for Chris. You are the best Chris!

I was worried because I had a bad experience with another lending company, but when I say my experience with Insular and Chris has been stellar. I usually don’t leave bad reviews but after almost loosing my down payment and a great investment property I must do so. They lack communication skills, responsibly, and honesty. With a clear to close and confirmation they will fund my deal I headed to my closing, to only not be funded. No answer once attorneys requested wire, they stopped answering and ghosted. The next morning JOE calls me Asking me what happened and if I was funded, like he didn’t already know they didn’t fund the deal. He even had the audacity to offer me to refinance my deal after I told him I got funded by someone else. Don’t waste your time, avoid the headaches, and the posibilitéis of loosing your money. Do your research and find a well experienced lender who know what they are doing.

I am just not a person to leave a review, but I have to in this case. Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After weeks of begging for answers, and all the assurances in the world, the deal fell apart one day before closing. Lies, inefficiencies, and total lack of communication. Stay away! You will be doing nothing but wasting your time and money.
