This is the worst company ever. They cant even process a loan payment the correct way. Not only have I've been waiting over 2 months to get a refund of my escrow taxes from my paid off home, they can't follow simple instructions of how the funds should be disbursed. Then i call and ask for a supervisor and I'm waiting 4wks for someone to call me back. Please be aware! Save yourself the aggravation and the possibility of not receiving your money. Look for a reputable company before you use them. However Kuddos to the only person there named David.
