The lady was extremely rude and offered me $125 dollars for my $1600 that I only used like 4 times and it’s in perfect condition and I said no and didn’t offer any higher and put it back in the box and gave it to me . I don’t recommend anyone to come here ever .the biggest lowballers there is . Check your options before even thinking this place . And this is an honest review nothing personal or any reason to lie .! Thank you. And if I could rate no stars I would

$175 for my Playstation 5 disc version? When I asked $250. What a joke. Went somewhere else and got what I needed. Skip this place. Rip off

Whoever responded to the comment from Ares Santiago was incredibly rude nasty person and if that's how she responds to a bad review I can imagine her attitude even worse in the store, I've bought and sold here a few times everyone was average I guess but I could definitely see a few of them being pretty rude. So I usually opt out of talking with the staff unless for a price or something. They are notorious for low balling loans so we usually dont go there for that but if they had better customer relations and corrected their loans I think they'd have alot more customers.

I’m from NYC first time I walked into this place I was never greeted. The lady that runs the place kept watching me as if I was going to steal out her store. When asked to see a laptop she took about 20 min before showing me... laptop was over priced & her attitude is funky ... I will never spend money here. I can see a courrupt business from a mile away.

Not a good place to pond your jewelry they are rude they always got a face I didn't felt right it just a bad vibe never again going to metro loan

Go to buffalo jewelry and loan on seneca st. They are the sweetest ppl and gave me way more for a ps4 than this place did. My experience was years ago and my ps4 was basically new...there was dust from the fan on the back and that's why they said no. Took it to bjl and they gave me a loan no problem, for 2x what this place was gonna. I go there all the time when I'm short on cash, they even took my sterling silver jewelry. Metro was rude and they love to tell ppl no. They won't be in business much longer, trust me.
