I'll never stop talking about how terrible this credit union is. You can change your name but you're still the same crooks as always.
When I had an issue where my debit card would mysteriously decline every weekend (when there is NO SUPPORT! The big banks have 24/7 support lines) despite having plenty of funds in my account, they treated me like I was making it up. Everyone from the branch manager to the CEO was rude and dismissive to a member trying to seek resolution to an issue that was keeping me from using my account. Im so glad to watch them continue to struggle and can't wait to see them finally succumb to a lack of members and disappear forever.

I have nothing but high praises for this credit union. From the very first day I have been treated with respect and dignity. The loan officer has always been courteous and helpful in all my needs. Will 100% recommend getting an account here.

They have incredible in-person customer service. Sadly their online banking is quite lacking. I wish the platform was more updated and better performing. It continues to have issues and won't link with programs like Quicken.

I came to Buffalo Service Credit Union in hopes of taking out a personal loan for certain reasons. Brandon was extremely outgoing, seemed very full of information & had a great attitude. I left happy, thinking I would receive a phone call within the next 3 days ( like he stated ) ... 3 WEEKS went by and I didn't hear anything. I decided to call, I had to leave a voicemail. I gave it a week & decided to call again, Brandon told me he was still looking into my loan, apologized claiming they have been very busy and he would call me within 2 days. 3 more WEEKS have now gone by. I would never recommend this place.
